Laurent Duffours, chemical engineer from the ENSCCF(University level college of chemistry for the education of qualified engineers - Clermond-Ferrand), PhD obtained in material science in Montpellier`s Laboratory of glass. He is the founder of the company and the key person for all the innovative technologies.

Pascale Colombel, geology-engineer from the ENSG (Nancy), comes to reinforce the technical core syllabus. She takes her PhD in long-term behaviour of vitrified wastes. She plays the role of a connecting link between industrials and administrative authorities.
